THE WHEATSHEAF PUBLIC HOUSE

Beech Architects obtained both planning and listed building consent for the refurbishment and extension of a grade II listed public house in the town of Bingham, Nottinghamshire on behalf of the Farrell Pub Company Limited.

This complicated scheme was awarded consent from the council and involved reconfiguring the internal accommodation, the conversion of a managers apartment to achieve a first floor dining and drinking area, the development of a managers flat in a derelict first floor barn to the rear, the creation of a glazed link between the restaurant and bar, a new garden terrace area and a reconfigured car park.

Full refurbishment of the existing premises were also included.
