Beech Architects are excited to be developing proposals for this heritage structure on the scenic North Norfolk coastline.

Set in a stunning and somewhat isolated located on a spit of land on the estuary, the barn is in need of protection and repair if the structure is to be saved from natural decay.

The proposal aims to develop the building with a view to ensuring its protection and viability for future generations to enjoy this locally iconic structure.

The barn has a rich heritage and was used as the film setting for Joes Forge in the BBC’s 2011 adaptation of Dickens ‘Great Expectations’.
